Stats Perform is seeking a VP, Strategic Initiatives & Transformation to serve as an embedded internal consultant, transformation leader, and enterprise problem solver – a highly skilled individual who operates without direct reports but with significant organizational influence and reach. Lead efforts within an individual function or across the enterprise, depending on business need and executive priorities
Rapidly assess underperforming, inefficient or ambiguous processes, programs, operating models, and organizational structures
Build initiative structures from scratch where none exists — defining scope, sequencing workstreams, identifying dependencies, establishing governance, and driving execution
Drive accountability across senior stakeholders who do not report to this role, using influence, clarity, and follow-through rather than hierarchy
Surface risks and blockers early, escalate with context and recommendations, and maintain momentum in the face of competing organizational priorities
Deliver measurable outcomes by driving initiatives from diagnosis through implementation and sustained adoption
Required Qualifications:
10–15 years of experience in management consulting (top-tier firm strongly preferred), internal strategy, business transformation, Chief of Staff / transformation function, or a comparable strategic execution role
Proven ability to independently lead complex functional and cross-functional programs from diagnosis through implementation and measurable outcomes
Exceptional structured problem-solving skills: able to decompose ambiguous challenges, build analytical frameworks, and develop defensible recommendations quickly

High degree of executive maturity: comfortable presenting to and pushing back on senior leaders, while remaining collaborative and constructive
Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with distributed stakeholders across time zones
High degree of accountability, self-direction, and comfort operating with minimal oversight
Desired Qualifications:
Background in technology, media, data, or sports industries
